La Taillede sits between 850m and just over 1000m above sea level and is a very varied habitat. When we bought the farm we were lucky enough to be given a detailed study of the property, written by a forester and farmer who had lived on the land previously. This study contains a species list of all the plants he believed are found at La Taillede.
As we spend more and more time and experience the full range of seasons we aim to complete a catalogue of these species along with observations about where and when they grow.
