To make sure you can really relax during your stay, we can deliver breakfast and dinner to your apartment, at time which suits you, with minimum 24 hours notice. It is based on each group eating the same thing. Ali & Dani both used to cook professionally on super yachts so you are in good hands!
On arrival days, we can offer a vegetarian quiche, salad and fresh bread, & a sample of local Corsavy sheep’s cheese plus wine which must be ordered in advance. This is €12 per per adult, €8 per child. Under 5’s free.
The rest of the week, we will come up with a menu per day which you can sign up for the day before.

Tartiflette with local Corsavy brebis (sheep) cheese and La Taillede leafy green salad

Local brebis cheese and spinach quiche with salad from the garden & fresh bread
Warm roasted spiced aubergine and caramelised red onion tabbouleh, tzatziki mint & cucumber salad & tomato, feta & olive salad.
La Taillede fruit crumble with vanilla ice cream (could be cherry/plum or blackberry & apple, depending on the season)
